WavePlumbing.com has created this privacy statement in order to
demonstrate our firm commitment to individual privacy. The following
discloses our information - gathering and dissemination practices for
this site.
Personal Info & Its Use
The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when
necessary regarding orders or inquiries. WavePlumbing.com also allows
any customer to create an account with WavePlumbing.com. This allows
the user to simplify his or her purchase process on our website. All
the information that a customer may supply when creating an account
will be held in the strictest confidence. It will be used simply to
manage the payment of orders and the shipping of the order.
WavePlumbing.com does not share any private information or financial
information about its customers with any outside company or agency
unless required by law.
WavePlumbing.com uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with
our server and to administer our web site. Your IP address is used to
help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad
demographic information. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your
shopping cart. Our site's registration form requires users to give us
contact information (like their e-mail address), unique identifiers
(like a password), financial information (like their account or credit
card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code, age,
or income level). We do not market this information to any outside
companies. The customer's contact information is also used to contact
the visitor, when necessary. Users may opt out of receiving future
mailings; see the Opt Out section below.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill customers for
products and services. Demographic and profile data may also be
collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitors'
experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might
be interested in and displaying the content according to their
preferences. This is designed to enhance the shopping experience. Our
site uses an order form for customers to request information, products,
and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like their
e-mail address), financial information (like their account or credit
card numbers). We may also collect demographic information (like their
zip code, or age). We may, at times, use the demographic information we
gathered as a marketing or promotional tool. When we do that, we will
make sure it remains entirely anonymous.
Opt Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving
communications from us and our partners at the point where we request
information about the visitor. Users may opt-out of receiving future
mailings at any time.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find
that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of
our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions
apply. Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a
refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please
place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to
the following guidelines:
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund on
the same day that it was ordered if shipment hasn't occurred.
Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our
customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your
order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a
full refund. Once an item is shipped by either us or the manufacturer
the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
Restocking Fee
There is a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges on merchandise
returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or
damage. If the product received is defective or damaged, Wave Plumbing
will replace the item and incur all shipping charges.
Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling
costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items,
shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping
cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method.
Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an
amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
Wrong Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact
us via email or call 602-841-9283 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship
them back. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited
in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. Or, you may
choose to wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue credit
before placing the new order.
Defective Products
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us at 602-841-9283 within 24 hours of receiving the product and Wave
Plumbing will replace the item. Wave Plumbing does not assume
responsibility for any peripheral costs that you may incur because of a
damaged or defective item. We will issue an RGA and give instructions
to ship the product back to us. Products returned as defective which
are found not to be defective are subject to a 25% handling charge. If
the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the
return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping
charges going back to the customer.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing
and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. Please
inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is
incorrect or damaged refuse the delivery and you will receive a full
refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be assumed to be
correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the
item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturers warranty.
Return Authorization (RA)
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please
contact us at 602-841-9283. Please mention your order number (if you
know it) to process a return request for the item within the return
period stated above. We will issue an RA Number and please be sure to
write this number on the outside of box that you are returning.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you
receive your shipment. Returns will not be accepted without a RA
number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be
accepted if it is returned after that time frame. Please include the RA
number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write
directly on the manufacturer's box).
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds
currently appearing on an order. For your protection, please send your
return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS.
Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for
returns sent via a non-trackable method. Credits are processed upon
confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two
billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card
statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store
credit will be issued.
Liability Policy
We are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a result of installation of product or defective design, workmanship or materials. Wave Plumbing liability is limited to the replacement of the merchandise.
Under NO circumstances will Wave Plumbing be responsible for consequential damages or labor costs due to any failure of products.
SALES TAX POLICY
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process
and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Any taxes
imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your
order. Sales Tax only in Arizona.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. WavePlumbing.com reserves the right
to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.
WavePlumbing.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity
you ordered of any item. All orders must be paid in U.S. denomination
and must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment. We may require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will
contact you via email at the email address provided on your order or
call. Shipping and delivery time frames quoted on the site will not
begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has
been obtained.
Availability Policy
On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event,
WavePlumbing.com will notify you via email with the status of your
order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days,
WavePlumbing.com will place your order on back order and notify you
when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder
status, please see our Cancellation Policy. If the expected delivery
date of the item is greater than 30 days, WavePlumbing.com will notify
you that the order has been canceled due to an out of stock status.
Most notifications will take place via email.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS POLICY
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display
or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, or store partners, WavePlumbing.com shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. WavePlumbing.com shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, WavePlumbing.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of
your original charge.
COUPONS, PROMOTIONS AND REBATES
From time to time, WavePlumbing.com offers discounts to its customers.
The coupons are simple to use and are usually based on a minimum dollar
purchase or maximum discount applied. Coupons can be redeemed during
the order process, it's easy!
Here's how:
1. During the order process, enter your coupon code where prompted.
2. See the discount applied on your order total at the end of your ordering process. It's that simple!
Coupon and Promotion Policies
* One coupon per customer.
* Coupons are not valid with any other coupon offer, shipping offer or
promotion. If you enter two coupon codes, our system will accept
whichever coupon you entered last.
* Coupons and Promotions are issued with expiration dates, while supplies last.
* Each coupon has different requirements and discounts. Dollar-off
coupons have minimum purchase amounts in product. Percentage-off and
shipping coupons have maximum dollar values. All requirements must be
met to receive your discount.
* Some coupons are valid only in certain stores and / or on certain products.
* Coupons cannot be replaced if the code is lost or stolen.
* Dollar-off or percentage-off coupons are applied to the merchandise
subtotal, before any shipping charges or taxes have been applied.
* If you cancel or return item(s), this may change or void coupon
discounts applied to your order. This happens when the cancellation or
return causes the merchandise subtotal (before any shipping charges or
taxes have been applied) to fall below the minimum requirement.
* If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be
refunded only for the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item,
less the coupon value).
* Shipping Coupons and Promotions are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
* Refurbished item promotions are available in limited quantities only.

In some cases, quantities may not be available to reorder since items
are available in limited quantity.
Rebate Policies
Rebate forms provided for viewing purposes only. Your actual rebate
form will be enclosed with the product when delivered. We are not
responsible for acceptance or decline of your rebate submission.
